Nursery Application Dates
Nursery September 2027 start
Child must be born between 1st September 2023 - 31st August 2024
Application Closing Date - 31st March 2027
Outcome of Application - 19th May 2027
If you apply after 31st March 2025 your application will be processed after 24th May 2025
Early intake
You'll automatically be considered for the early intake if your child is born between the dates below and if you apply by the deadlines below.
- if the child is born between 1st September 2023 and 31st December 2023
- considered for a place starting January 2027
- deadline to apply by 31st October 2026
- you'll receive your offer end of November 2026
If you apply after 31st October 2026 your child will not be considered for a nursery place for January 2027 but will be considered for the subsequent April and September 2027 intakes.
- if the child is born between 1st September 2023 and 31st March 2024
- considered for a place starting April 2027
- deadline to apply by 31st January 2027
- you'll receive your offer beginning of March 2027
If you apply after 31st January 2027 your child will not be considered for a nursery place for April 2027 but will be processed as part of the subsequent September 2027 intake.
Some nurseries may choose not to have an early intake if they do not have places available.
If you have not been contacted, you will not be offered an early intake, however you'll be still considered for a September 2027 place. You do not need to re-apply.

Reception Application Dates
Reception Primary School Application Dates for children born between 1st September 2022 - 31st August 2023
Application open date - 1st September 2026
Application closing date - 15th January 2027
