Collective Worship

Collective Worship – St Saviour's Church of England Primary School

Collective worship is a central part of our school life and all children and staff engage fully with it. It is always distinctively Christian, reflecting our vision and allowing us to explore our Christian values and consider ways to put them into our everyday lives. We use windows, mirrors and doors to ensure our exploration includes, Looking out, Looking in and Looking ahead. We hope that our worship allows us to learn something new, to reflect on our own feelings and behaviours and to think about how we might behave or do things differently in the future. Worship also gives us a chance to feel closer to God and to be able to talk to him through prayer and song.
